Prussian twins: baptism

The twin sons of Prince Georg Friedrich and Princess Sophie of Prussia will be baptized on Saturday June 22 at the evangelical Christus-Kirche at Burg Hohenzollern.  The two princes will be baptized according to the rites of the Lutheran Church.

The twins,  Prince Carl Friedrich and Prince Louis Ferdinand, were born on January 20 in Bremen.

The baptismal service will be private.  The castle will not open to the public until 2:00 p.m.

Prince Carl Friedrich has already been added to the family tree painted on the wall at Burg Hohenzollern.

Why only one prince added to the family tree? Does his brother not dynastically exist? Strange family anyway!

If you look at the photo, you will see that the tree only shows the head of the family and the next in line. Carl Friedrich is the elder twin so he is the heir.
